Hey Tired Yogis,
Well that’s it.
January has well and truly begun. I have finished the last of my Christmas chocolates and the house feels so empty without the decorations (how good does that first vacuum clean feel after you’ve taken them down though? One of the hidden joys of the season in my opinion).
But don’t fear, we’ve got plenty of cosy, do-as-you-are yoga coming up in the near future at Yoga for Tired People.
But first, a big thank you to everyone who attended the Soul Restore Circle last night, it’s always a pleasure to see you 🥰 such a joy.
This week’s session is one for you to do again and again, it’s just a simple five minutes for the morning to put you in the right frame of mind and body to go into your day.
As it’s the first Monday of the month this session is available for everyone to do so feel free to share with anyone you think might enjoy it.
