My intention before I ever started planning the poems for this collection was for the experience of listening to this book to be healing. I wanted you to feel my own awakenings through these words and for them to speak equally of your own journey and reach you at every level of your being.

For sure change can be scary, remaining static more so! Us humans are creatures of habit and the thought of contemplating doing something absolutely outside of our usual experience is seldom the easy option. You don't have to. Simply being the best version of who we are is what matters, without having to go and conquer the highest mountains. Sometimes the smallest steps can feel to us like mountains to climb and yet when we take that step and then another towards our goals we are conquering our own mountain every single time! And how great is that?

What if it were possible for us to change the way we feel about ourselves? Could we then go on to create a completely different future? Yes! It is indeed possible to shape our own destiny and then our life can take an entirely different direction. Through changing our mindset of what is possible from our lives, our future can then be entirely in our own hands to create whatever reality we desire. Although this omnibus includes complete copies of all the books of the poet wrote from 2010 to 2020, there are also some brand new poems which have never been published before marked so you know which ones they are.

These poems speak of peace and love as central to our existence. And cherishing this home we all share, our amazing planet. As a long-time advocate of the power of words to shape our reality, Dean feels his role as a poet is to mainly get out of his own way and allow the words to flow through him from his higher self or source.

It has been hugely entertaining for me taking the time to re-visit my archives finding poetic tales for inclusion. Taken from a period stretching back to 2012 right through up to the year I compiled this book in 2018, I do remember writing every single one of my poems and interestingly for me, my mindset at the time.

This is a concept poetry album with harmonic music and layered vocals. It all started with me wishing to explore the meaning of life and why we are here on this beautiful planet at this time. To achieve this, I took as a starting point inspiration from music. The intention became producing a book embodying some of the spirit of those paradigm shifting ambient concept albums created by the more esoterically inclined artists and bands over the decades.

What this book suggests are small 100% natural adjustments we can apply in mindset or daily habits resulting in a better experience of life for all of us. We can then avoid the negative side of stress, which of course if left unchecked can lead to its own issues relating to mental health or indeed serious physical illness. Often with the simplest of changes in routine or approach we can not only reduce the ability of stress to affect us, but also rather happily free ourselves from the stress of getting stressed in the first place.
