I was diagnosed with breast cancer and have written about my experience and the importance of looking after yourself through this journey. The reason I wrote this audiobook is because I want women to ensure they get regular mammograms, and whatever other diagnostic tests their doctor recommends. Early detection is key to a positive outcome. I almost put off my mammogram, which discovered an early form of an aggressive type of breast cancer.
