It does not matter if you are rich or famous, a politician, doctor, lawyer, preacher, and or a teacher, the reality of the grind is presented to you every time you wake up and walk out your door. Whether you are going to work, a a restaurant, or a vacation, the grind follows you. The grind of racism that exist in America against American Africans.

I extend this call to action to regular everyday people. Educate yourselves on the realities of violence against black doctors and the systemic issues that perpetuate it. Engage in conversations, both online and offline, to raise awareness and challenge the status quo. Support organizations and initiatives that fight for equality within the healthcare system. Breaking the silence is the first step towards eradicating violence against black doctors and creating a healthcare system that truly values diversity and inclusivity.
