and just like that, everything else melted away.
i think my problem was putting so much pressure and expectation and goal to just live a simple normal healthy life. i was aiming for the bare minimum and so i acheived less than that.
now that im putting the pressure somewhere else - to aim to do a cool trickshot - getting out of bed, brushing my hair, washing my face feels easier. living a normal and healthy life doesnt seem as daunting as doing a 100 meter trickshot.
i dont know how many other people struggle the way i do, but i think this is helping me. so far at least. so if you relate to my inability to perform mundane task, maybe its worth a try.
try it. let me know what you think. i don't even know if this will last. maybe today is just an odd day for me and things are working out, things do feel easier. or maybe its because the way im approaching things really did make a difference. and maybe this change will last. maybe things will finally get better. i don't know. we'll see i guess.
