    The two biggest mindset blockers are:

    • Limiting Beliefs 
    • Negative Self-Talk

    Limiting beliefs are the beliefs that you hold about yourself, that limit you & are negative.

    Negative Self-Talk are those continual voices and comments in your head dragging you down.

    In Part 1:  We focused on Changing lifestyles & habits.  Doing the wrong things - looking for the quick fix. We focused on the process not just the results. 

    In Part 2:  Obsessing & Restricting - Overcoming the all or nothing mentality.
