    "You know, just like your physical health, if you drop all of your healthy habits, if you, you know, if you suddenly start going to the gym and eating healthy and from one day to the next, you just stop doing all of that, obviously your. Your health is going to plummet. And so I think, like, remembering that mental health is something I need to work on is definitely something that I still struggle with."

    "I got so excited to show my friends and my family all the hard work I've been putting into it and they hear all about it. So it was exciting to see the execution of it. And I was really, really proud of my performance performance and the way the night went. So was really, really happy and it was a really big act of kindness that really meant a lot to me and I'll be thinking about and we'll never forget forever."

    "And you know, when I write things, maybe I'll. I'll write it like, maybe I'm blowing this out of proportion or this feels real, but I know I can survive because I've survived worse.     "I also did another surprise for him one time. I think he was 60 then. I. I honestly don't remember the years fly together, but that was at a rest. Well, these are both at restaurants, so. And you know, we. One year was really funny. We kept missing everybody's birthday. So we were behind like three birthdays and anniversary and we were just behind. We. People were busy, they weren't available."

    "I think I have a lot of trouble finding pauses and breaks in my day. I'm very much running from place to place, from task to task, and so sometimes I find myself almost feeling like I should block out a break into my Google calendar, which I don't think is the right way to go about that."

    "We instead are still running and not getting a glass of water. And you know, how long do we last without water? Not very long. So, you know, I think it's, it is very important that we stop and take breaks. I. Yes, I stop and take breaks during the day. Even when I'm at work, when it's stressful, I make sure to take time to walk around the office. If, even if that's all I do."
