  • This is the first time I have openly spoken about my prison experiences with authenticity. I use to believe that leaving this part of myself was best for me. I have recently realized that I still have a lot to heal from regarding my time while incarcerated. This episode is a two part episode that shares my experiences of fear while navigating juvie, jail and prison. 

    It has always been easier to be what you needed instead of staying true to myself. This episode is part of my healing and letting go of the idea that no one understands. This isn't a glorification story, this is my honesty on full display. I am comfortable in my own skin today. I share with you to let go of all the things that still hold me back.
