  • The Word of Wisdom is a divine communication from Jesus Christ to the Prophet, Joseph Smith about revealed principles that can ensure the health of our bodies. The revelation was given in 1833 and is found in section 89 of the Doctrine & Covenants of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. In this podcast, we will attempt to discuss as many aspects of the Word of Wisdom that we can to help each other escape what the Savior called “Evils and designs which do and will exist in the hearts of conspiring men in the last days.” Our goal is to empower you to obtain greater physical and spiritual health and strength.
