    Wednesday is a fairly tranquil day locally and with minor issues around the country. That changes for Thanksgiving. It will be wet for the parade but not too windy. Temperatures will be in the upper 40s for the afternoon hours. The rain starts around 6 a.m. and tapers off around 3 p.m. and then the wind will kick up.
