In our last record of 2024, we want to thank you for listening to us this year and in particular during this transitional period over the last 8 episodes.

In the last Strive event of the year (Program C) we fail to acknowledge someone's time in their Steeplechase debut but congratulate Ethan Harbison taking out the men's Javelin event (we think that's a good throw).

In this week's interview, we chat with Kat Watt about her run at the Honolulu Marathon, training in new and difficult conditions and her history as a runner and a coach.

We’ll be releasing compilation episodes of our favourite interviews over the new year break before returning officially on the 14th January. We have some exciting plans for 2025, and we can’t wait to share them with you in the new year. Have a safe and wonderful festive season.
