    During my healing process I had to accept and acknowledge the BIG life experiences that were impacting me. The ones that I had been in deep denial about. The ones that I had been pushing down and ignoring. Once I started becoming present and the awareness came to what was not serving me I couldn't deny these parts of myself any more.

    In this episode I share how I tackled my abandonment issues from a non-present father. I share some tips on how to face the big issues that you might be pushing down.
