  • Let’s Talk About It: The Art of Play
    2025/08/21
Let’s be real. Too many couples are having “maintenance sex”...Scheduled. Serious. Silent. Then they wonder why the spark is gone.
Here’s the truth...sex without play is like a joke without a punchline. Intimacy dies when laughter leaves.
In this episode, of 'Let’s Talk About It', we’re breaking down why flirting, laughter, and curiosity might just be the sexiest things in your relationship.

  • Let’s Talk About It: Whats Going On In Your Head?
    2025/08/18
The biggest block to great sex isn’t usually physical. It’s mental. It’s the stories we’re telling ourselves in the moment, and those stories can either draw us closer or shut us down completely.
We’re going to unpack the unspoken mental soundtrack that plays during intimacy, and why it matters more than most couples ever admit.

  • Let’s Talk About It: Why Men & Women Miss Each Other
    2025/08/13
There is something that quietly kills desire in a relationship. It’s not betrayal. It’s not attraction fading. It’s not even a lack of love.
    It’s misunderstanding.
Two people who care about each other, who want each other, who have the right intentions, but they’re missing each other like two trains running on parallel tracks that never cross..and the wild part? Most couples don’t even realize it’s happening until the damage has already piled up.
This episode takes you inside this problem; how men and women often come at intimacy from two totally different directions, why that creates frustration and resentment, and how to stop living in the cycle of “you never…” and “you always…”, before it kills connection.

  • Myths We Believe About Healing
    2025/08/06
One of the myths we believe about being healed is that, in order to be healed, the emotions that we used to feel when we were broken must disappear. It's as if we think that if we feel any of those things, then we must not be healed. That couldn't be more of a lie.The goal of "healing" isn't to make our shame, guilt, regret, anger, hate, depression, etc., or any of the other emotions that we felt when we were broken, go away. The goal of "healing" is to be able to confront those things and respond appropriately, in a whole, healed way.Our inner critic gets very loud about this subject, and even louder once people who are connected to our lives, in one way or another, begin to chime in.

  • After The Break: Radical Honesty - No More Secrets
    2025/08/02
This episode will be hard. It will feel vulnerable. It may feel terrifying, because today, we’re talking about radical honesty. Not partial confessions. Not half-truths. Not convenient omissions. This is the moment where the lights get turned all the way on, but hear me clearly — restoration can’t be built on what’s still hidden. Secrets are termites in the foundation, and if we’re going to rebuild this house, we need to get rid of every single one. You’re not the only couple to sit in the ashes of betrayal, but you might be one of the few who chooses to rebuild from it honestly.

    2025/07/25
Healing Out Loud is a series, released the last Friday of every month, where we dive into questions submitted by y'all.
On this episode, I answer the following question:
How should one propose Christian-based coaching to a spouse when counseling (secular) was torturous for them? They struggle with communication. We have been together for decades but we have so much to work on to restore our marriage. We can’t fix this on our own. We need an outside party to lead the conversation. What can they look forward to with coaching?
