As an unprecedented season of the 2MD dances on, Midland City (aka Daddy Waiverbucks) licks his chops on the wire, Big Sloppy pulls ahead 3-2 in the standings while taking the lead in overall points, and every single player in the NFL goes on IR. Week 18? Shhh...

Big Sloppy wins an absolute barn burner on the Monday Night River to pull even with Midland City in the standings, and the point totals for the season remain super tight. Which might explain why both organizations went wild on the waiver wire this week. Ain't it funny how the night moves? Alrighty then, let the week 18 whispers begin!

McCaffrey is off to Germany for Oktoberfest, Murf gets a much needed win, and Tom shares some wild alternate castings from behind-the-scenes in Tinseltown. Midland City is now only a game up on Big Sloppy, and the point total is damn near even.

A brutal MNF loss for Murf's Eagles mirrored his own 2MD nail-biting defeat. Saquon fell less than one yard short of giving Murf the victory, as the entire Big Sloppy organization is still reeling from what can only be described as "McCaffgate." Tom now has Midland City sitting pretty at 2-0 for the season.

After some epic pre-draft deliberation on whether to pass on McCaffrey, he is shockingly ruled out minutes before Monday Night Football to put Murf in an 0-1 hole to start the season.
