On our second episode I am delighted to be speaking about Alberto Burri and specifically about the exhibition which is currently on show at CUBO in Bologna until the 21st of January 2023: Burri reloaded.

Today, I am happy to be welcoming to the episode independent curator Ilaria Bignotti and Responsible of CUBO museum Giulia Zamagni. Concentrating on the work of the postwar master Alberto Burri through five major pieces amongst which Nero con punti from his Sacchi period which for the past two years has been in restoration under the supervision of Muriel Vervat.

A fundamental piece in Burri’s production, Nero con punti’s new presentation to the public is an occasion to delve a little deeper into Alberto Burri’s work through the eyes of the curator and the institution CUBO.
