    Well now, in Episode #213 we explore the essence of life, the essence of living life to the full.

    We explore peace of mind and what I describe as "the flat calm of being", of not having a care in the world.

    And, as you'll discover, it's all about perspective or, perhaps, not having one - now there's a thought!

    Which leads us back into the world of thought - the world of not being, the world that only exists in the warped minds of those lost in thought... most of us.

    So, we talk about the experience of being - it's all about experience. Yes, we could have the support of all the science in the world (and we have) to confirm how the world really works but, ultimately, it all boils down to you experiencing it.

    And the experience is, in essence, the joy of being in just this moment.

    Has it taken me until Episode 212 to explain the step-by-step actions and benefits of meditation?

    Well, you'll have to listen to really find out but...

    This episode explains the science of meditation - forget the spiritual or religious, we're talking hard science. And we're talking about the impact that an understanding of the hard science has on your understanding and experience of meditation and, more importantly, the very real an powerful impact meditation will have in the cut and thrust of your everyday life - very quickly.

    We're talking weeks.

    If there is anything in your life that you don't like - and everyone has, at least, a short list of things that they'd like to change - then meditation is going to provide you with the neurological structure and practical ability to allow those changes happen, allow your perceived dislikes to vanish - just as meditation will allow your self-defeating or negative thoughts to vanish.

  • You Are At Your Best When You Are Not Thinking

    Which is easier, to think about doing something, to annoy yourself that you're thinking about doing it instead of doing it, to get frustrated and, perhaps, even guilty that you haven't done what you know you need to do or... to just do what you need to do?

    Which is easier?

    You know that answer. What you don't know is that everything, other than doing what needs to be done, is the result of thought, your thought, repetitive thought, the thoughts that hold you back.

    And, then, what you probably will not know is that, when you actually go and do what needs to be done, you'll do it through the fog of thought that our brain's "Autopilot" uses to enable us make it through the day unharmed.

    Let's go further. You'll probably be aware that you have strengths and weaknesses - probably more weaknesses (there's a reason for that). What you won't be aware of is that neither your strengths nor weaknesses are real. Simply more thinking.

    You really need to listen to this episode - it will awaken you to what is truly possible in your life - starting now.
