  • Your Secret Superpower with the Kids in Your Life: Co-regualtion Revisited

    [ep 6] Did you know that your ability to co-regulate others around you is a secret superpower? Especially with the kids in our lives, co-regulation is a powerful force for saving our sanity. Kids tend to become dysregulated more often throughout the day than adults (see episode 5). When kiddos are dysregulated we can choose to help co-regulate them or we can make matters worse by becoming dysregulated ourselves.

    Today, JJ walks through co-regulation in 3 spheres of life. She talks about co-regulating kinds in our household, kids in a school setting, and kids in a less regular setting like Sunday school or youth sports.
