I’m Hannah, a single mum and fitness coach and this is my personal diary where I share the ups, downs and everything in between on my journey to getting in the best shape of my life.

    Summer holidays are here 😅

    Routines are out the window, the kids are off and it’s easy to feel like your fitness goals need to take a back seat.

    So in this episode, I’m sharing my real-life POA (plan of action) for staying on track with my workouts, food and habits over the summer.

    Not a perfect plan. Not an aesthetic routine. But the strategy I’m leaning on so I can feel good in my body, keep momentum with my goals and still be present for the season I’m in.

    This week I hit some new PBs in the gym… and yep, I’m also getting drunk this weekend 🤪
