The Go-To Podcast for Christian moms battling anxiety! **Top 5% Globally-Ranked Podcast** Are you constantly triggered by the chaos of motherhood? Do you wonder if the constant overstimulation will ever stop? Are you ready to stop feeling like a “bad mom” and believe you’re actually a great one? I am so excited you're here! This podcast will help you learn to heal your nervous system so you can stop the angry outbursts, find calm amidst the chaos, and finally feel like the amazing mama you already are! Hey, I’m Rachel, work from home mom to 2 littles under 5, wife, and Jesus follower. For years, I tried to control my anxiety disorder through breathwork, therapy, and self-care. But no matter what I tried, it didn’t address the root of my problem – a taxed out nervous system that was running on empty. I finally realized that to calm my nervous system I had to meet its basic needs – nutrient-dense food, movement that calmed instead of stressed, true rest, and a mindset focused on the healing power of Jesus. I created a simple, strategic plan that fit me. Steps I could consistently stick to even amidst the chaos of motherhood. I learned how to eat nourishing food consistently even when my kiddos were constantly interrupting me. I discovered how to have deep, restful sleep – even with babies waking me up throughout the night. And I figured out how to ground myself in the TRUTH of God’s word instead of the LIES in my head. I built a lifestyle that finally stopped the overwhelm and got back to the basics – even with the crazy schedule I have as a working mom. And I’m ready to share it with you! If you are ready to finally manage your anxiety with a simple holistic plan that is built for busy moms... If you are ready to experience: not having mom rage during your toddler’s 67th tantrum, your husband seeing the playful, fun side of his wife again, and true confidence in your motherhood because your value comes from Jesus this podcast is for you! So grab that sparkling water and a spot in the sunshine – it’s time to heal, mama! • 109 // The Hidden Secret of Self Care That Keeps You Tired, Mama
    2025/07/09

You’re doing “all the right things”—the bubble baths, the breaks, the self-care routines.
So why do you still feel like an exhausted mom?

In this episode, I unpack the hidden reason your self-care might not be working—and the real shift that tired moms need to feel grounded, energized, and like themselves again. Hint: it’s not more alone time or another walk around the block.

💛 Why traditional self-care often fails to actually restore you
🌿 The power of nervous system resourcing vs. reactionary coping
🔥 How resourcing can actually expand your time and energy
🧠 The key to learning how to resource yourself for long-term capacity

If you’ve ever wondered why you’re still so tired (or still dealing with mom rage) even with all your “self-care”… this one’s for you.
