  • Panther Coffee: Gorilla Summit
    2023/02/27

Wade and Bill review Gorilla Summit roasted by Panther Coffee in Miami (recommended by Erick, thank you!) and grown in Mabare, Uganda. Bill gives homework to go study Ugandan history pre 1970, we find out Wade has never had a raspberry lemonade, and Bill does not follow Wade's instructions which does not surprise anyone. And is an exceptional coffee defined by sprinkles? Yes. Yes, it is.

  • Sweet Bloom Coffee Roasters: Johnny Alvarado
    2022/12/22

Episode 6. Return of the Sprinkles. A single origin coffee grown by Johnny Alvarado in Buena Vista de Rivas, Costa Rica is straight bussin. This Winnie the Pooh inspired bean takes front and center in this episode as Bill mocks Wade's introducing style. Don't be surprised by the Inquisition though, you should have seen this coming...

Maybe I'll just have another bite of pie. • JBC Coffee Roasters: Minanga Village
    2022/11/12

Episode 4. Wade and Bill review a bean from Minanga Village in Indonesia that was roasted in Madison WI by JBC Coffee Roasters. Clog cladded oppressors, WWII, and a battle with coffee rust all lead to a 50% woman owned business bringing us some sprinkles. Orange zest, cucumber, mint, and chocolate; that's a lot of sprinkles, buddy.

  • Metric Coffee: Alma Pineda
    2022/09/15

First episode of the search for exceptional coffee (with tons of sprinkles). Wade and Bill talk about dialing in a bag of Alma Pineda grown in Honduras and roasted at Metric in Chicago. Audio issues, a tasty birthday roast, and some juicy beans to be reviewed as well as given away (thank you Metric!) Wtf is a sprinkle meter anyways.
