- The “Letting Go” Inventory
- Grab a notebook and make three columns:
- What no longer serves me (e.g., self-doubt, overcommitment, toxic habits)
- What I’m making space for (e.g., confidence, balance, creativity)
- One step I’ll take today (e.g., saying no, setting a boundary, changing my self-talk)
- The Release Letter
- Write a letter to something you’re letting go of—whether it’s a past failure, limiting belief, or fear. Express gratitude for what it taught you, then release it.
- Optional: Tear it up, burn it (safely!), or throw it away as a symbolic gesture.
- The “Declutter & Clear Space” Challenge
- Letting go can be physical as well as emotional. Pick one small area (desk, closet, email inbox) and clear out things that no longer align with your current season of growth.
