    Today, we are going to dive into part 2 of a 3-part series that examines the question, “What would my life look like if I actually CHOSE happiness? Last week, we , defined the word “happiness”, as we understand it for the purpose of this series. Then, we explored the difference between happiness and contentedness, happiness and pleasure, and happiness and joy. Finally, we illuminated some intentional actions we can take to “choose happiness” in our own lives as we explore pathways to positivity.
