    My rich conversation with Julie Deem Owner of The Business Podcast Editor (a global podcast production and consulting company) shared a lot about the empowerment of women and giving them their voice back. Her company offers guidance on launching, marketing and every you need for podcasting. Her passion for giving women a voice has translated into helping many organizations and individuals get their message out!


    She is very involved with Allies as a mentor coach supporting survivors of human trafficking ages 14-24. Julie's work is all about empowering women to speak their truth, and inspire others to have a voice through podcasting!

    We talked about learning to love ourselves, how women filter themselves down into these boxes and lose their voice and their worthiness. She is the host of the podcast United State of Women, and a second podcast called Not Your Mom's Sales Podcast! My favorite quote from Julie was "We forget in our busyness of our lives, that we are rooted in connection, we're rooted in community, and rooted in our relationships!"     Reflections on 2025 the Year of the Snake

    This January is the Year of the Snake in the Chinese Zodiac. This is a year of intuition, intelligence, creativity, and knowledge. I felt the energy of Integration for the Month of January and throughout the year.

    Last year was about A LOT of letting go and confronting things within us that are no longer aligned. It was emotional, it was challenging and some people are still nursing a 2024 hangover. Now it's time to begin to integrate all those aspects of self even the unsavory parts that got us here. We've been navigating so much internally and this year is truly about breaking those patterns and inviting things in that are aligned.
