What are you resistant to? Where do you feel it in your body? In this episode, I invite you to examine your resistance and explore the pattern it is trying to help you acknowledge. Invite it in as your companion to becoming more self aware. For all awareness leads to the possibility of healing. 

Jodi and Eric Hannah are the CEO's and founders of Ambassadors of Compassion, a program which  guides students to overcome negative experiences and disappointments as they build a stronger perception of self-worth. Outside of her work as an activist, Jodi produced the Lombardi Honors for CBS and is  currently producing the feature film "No Grey Areas" about the largest sports gambling scandal in US history, based on the best selling book No Grey Areas and the popular Netflix documentary Bad Sport "Hoop Schemes." She is also the President of Homecoming Pictures and an active producer in many of the company's projects. Eric is a Director and Producer for the production company, New Release Entertainment, which he co-owns with his wife, Jodi. Besides leading Ambassadors, Eric currently serves as a visionary president for Lift Up America. He has also created films such as: "Meet Me in Miami," "Extreme Day", and the "Rotary Lombardi Awards" for CBS.
