She has helped numerous clients across industries dream more, think differently, drive change, and produce better business outcomes through her creative consulting approaches.
Kellee was a strategic innovation advisor with Booz Allen Hamilton in Washington DC and Seattle where she integrated the use of business intelligence, data analytics and visualization, and design-and-systems thinking to facilitate transformation for senior level executives in the public and private sectors.
She was instrumental in expanding the footprint in the Pacific Northwest within the core market areas of Global Health, Global Security, Aerospace/Defense, and Cyber Security/Information Technology before launching her own consulting practice.
Kellee holds a Ph.D. in Human Development with an emphasis in Organization Behavior from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
