This week the boys finally dive into the mighty Pantera with their "debut" release Cowboys From Hell! With the album coming up on its 35th anniversary, it is still held in high regard as it continued to wave the metal flag in a tumultuous period in metal history. CFH finds Pantera shedding their glam metal sound and drive head on into groovy trash metal that would ultimately define their sound. With Dimebag's shredding guitars, Rex's locked in bass tone, Vinnie's bombastic drums, and Phil's growling wails, there is no wonder why this catapulted the band into halls of infamy.

Beware the Ides of March! This week the metal journey continues as the boys delve into the In Flames supergroup The Halo Effect with their second album, March of the Unheard! In an effort to move away from the pop sound that In Flames had adopted and back to a harder melodic death metal sound, and this album delivers.
