    And Another One….

    Please, welcome Esteban Hernandez, he is a former boss of mine. The reason why I wanted to bring Esteban and share his story is because he impressed me with his confidence and hard work. He’s not scared to start a new venture… and my first question was… why isn’t he scared God?

    So I stared asking Esteban deep questions to investigate, find out, to try and understand… and I discovered that our past traumas and social environment are huge factors to our development. Now, this doesn’t mean we have the excuses to fail because our environment and traumas predefined us for failure… NO! We must convert the pain and hurt to motivation and fuel to propel our goals and dreams (We just needed someones help, mom, dad, brother, sister, and even if no one help… we always had God in our corner without even knowing it).

    But… Esteban had both his mom and dad at home growing up, he never heard mom and dad fight, was demonstrated love and support thru out his childhood. Esteban was supported, taught, and given values constantly by both parents. So this really got my attention, so I started asking God more questions… how much more confidence does this give him? How does this shape his confidence? His decision making? His fear or flight pattern??

    Well… take a listen to watch the episode to see how powerful a mom and dad truly are for themselves but for their children, Thank you Esteban for coming on the podcast, sharing your story and giving us an understanding of the power of true pure… LOVE!!

    The MAC effect is welcoming Tommy Huynh @tommyhuynh

    He is a husband, a father, a business owner, off road mountain bike rider, and more.

    Please welcome Tommy with lots of love and bravery to share his story. Tommy lost his father at the age of 12. Grew up knowing about God but hated Him for a very long time due to his fathers passing. He shares how he felt unloved by his mother and family, never really seemed loved in other places, but did seek adrenaline by fighting, breaking the law and following the wrong type of crowd. Which lead him to do some prison time. Crazy right!!

    To be honest, when be first explained this to me… I said… “Tommy, no way! Not you… you are a peaceful man, a relaxing man, a business owner, and I can see you have it all together’. And Tommy just lough. Not because I said something funny… but because Tommy was realizing how good and far God has brought him.

    Tommy has his own YouTube channel @tommyhuynh t_wrex_mtb where she shows off his skills and passion. He also owns along with his wife a Vietnamese restaurant called Monarch9 in Yorba Linda, check them out amazing food and atmosphere.

    I want to thank Tommy for sharing his story but more importantly being brave enough to heal from his past to create the beautiful future he currently has. If you have any questions for Tommy or myself please ask… out information is here and would love to help.

    Welcome back… you know what time it is.

    Every Tuesday we are dropping hot episodes of the MAC Effect, and on this weeks episode we welcome a good friend, a sister from one of our proviso episodes.
    Please give a warm welcome to Rebecca Montealegre, as a Single divorced mother, Beca joins the podcast as a guest with a lot of bravery and guts!

    I didn’t know this about her when I invited her to be a guest, but Rebecca is actively hoping thru a divorce. Which during the podcast, I discovered she’s in her healing journey!! I thought she was going to share some deep healing and identity findings, but she shares how no matter the time the passes the process will take however much it likes. She open up about her past, present and fears but how important it is to not let fear win.

    Not only am I proud of Beca, but I learned from her. I also love the delicate she was about not making anyone look bad, but simply sharing how important self love is! She confronts her ugly traumas, faces her reality and presses forward with family, friends and faith! Discusses divorce, single mother hood, past traumas and issues. Vulnerability to create change or challenge (sometimes both) that will cause positive outlooks and a highly favored future!
