Over the weekend I spectated and crewed my first ultramarathon which was a Last Man Standing style race where runners complete 4.2mi every hour on the hour.

I came in 2nd in my age group and 18th overall in a Sprint triathlon on Monday

On today's episode I covered some topics I covered in my newsletter regarding speed limiters and Arkansas' bill that was just passed. Where it fines drivers for not speaking English it misses the mark when it comes to out of service violations, and still allowing non-domiciled CDL holders easy entry into the industry.
