Sometimes getting lost is how we find ourselves.

In this first full episode of The Inner Universe, I share a journal reflection that began with a simple trip to the beach—and turned into a deep moment of clarity about my impulsive decisions, healing journey, and why taking the “wrong turn” was exactly what I needed.

I used to beat myself up for not finishing school “on time,” for being in a long relationship that didn’t work out, for not having it all together. But every detour taught me something I couldn’t have learned otherwise—about healing, therapy, independence, and most importantly… learning to love myself.

This one’s for anyone who’s ever felt behind, lost, or unsure if they’re on the “right” path.
