Being stressed consumes so much our happiness, speeds up the aging process (A LOT), allows a gateway for illness and quite frankly, I'm sick of it and you should be too.

Stress not only causes major health issues, but it keeps your vibration in a very low place, not allowing you to thrive, not allowing you to grow.

I'm sharing with you my personal battles with stress and how I became aware of just how much it was controlling my life. Best of all, I'm sharing super simple ways to de-stress so you can create ease, joy and love back into your life.

We gotta stop sweatin the small stuff friends, stop freaking out about the things we cannot control and let the universe take care of the rest!
