In this episode, I dive into the connection between physical clutter and mental clutter, something I experience firsthand with ADHD. Walking into a chaotic space can feel overwhelming, and that clutter often mirrors the stress and confusion in our minds. Over the past few weeks, I’ve been reflecting on the power of decluttering, especially as I prepare for a potential move next year. I’m not just clearing physical space—I’m making room for peace, clarity, and emotional freedom.
Inspired by Marie Kondo’s Tidying Up and her “spark joy” method, I’ve started tackling my home one area at a time, and it’s been transformative. As I declutter, I’m also releasing emotional baggage and creating an environment that nurtures my well-being. In this episode, I share my personal decluttering journey, offering tips for breaking it down into manageable tasks while also emphasizing the importance of mindfulness in the process.
