She graduated from Université Quisqueya in Haiti with a scholarship from the Haitian Education and Leadership Program (HELP). Daphnee further honed her skills through a fellowship at Dartmouth in 2010 and completed the Bridge program at the Tuck Business School of Dartmouth in 2012. Her passion for development is evident through her active involvement in significant local projects, including the Haiti Tech Summit, the largest tech summit in the Caribbean, and Startup Grind PAP, a platform for successful entrepreneurs to share their journeys with aspiring entrepreneurs. Currently, Daphnee serves as a Development Officer for HELP, focusing on personal, organizational, and business development, with a keen interest in fundraising. An Ashoka Fellow elected in Haiti in 2014, Conor is also part of the SDC-Hystra program cohort, which supports social entrepreneurship in Latin America. Conor’s mission is to revolutionize the university education system in conflict-ridden and polarized societies plagued by brain drain. He has developed a holistic model that offers disadvantaged young people a safe, inclusive environment and opportunities to cultivate and exercise their leadership potential.
