Ivan Cuk is a fast rising star in the world of Grip. He was known early on for his elite level gripper closes but Ivan has solidified himself as a world class competitor as well in the last couple of years. He's medaled in his last two appearances for Armlifting USA at the Arnold Classic in the 100kg weight class (taking 1st place in 2024.) In this interview Ivan discusses his introduction to the sport, training philosophy/programming, favorite competitions, people cheating certifications, and much more! Armlifting USA held their 2024 World Championship in Las Vegas at the Olympia Fitness Expo. The three events contested were the 2" Saxon Deadlift, Rogue Anvil, and 2" Raptor Medley.
