Join us for an in depth discussion of aviation safety practices and how they have come to be, the opportunities ahead for the study of UAP (UFO) experiences by pilots, and Dr. Whiteley's efforts to enhance safety training for aviators encountering UAP.=== Dr Iya Whiteley is a space psychologist and cognitive engineer with a focus on improvement of human behavioral and cognitive performance through information presentation on displays and design of training.Iya has 17 years of Human Space Flight research and longer in Aviation Cockpit design, along with designing astronaut's training. Iya is the Director of the Centre of Space Medicine, University College London and has advised the UK Government as the chair of Space Environment Working Group (SEWG) advising the UK Space Agency and as a member of the UK Space Exploration Advisory Committee.
