ML worked with Mark at WestWinds Golf Club in the late 1980's. He accused her of stealing a computer disc, even though she didn't own a computer. Strange calls from the police, a dismissed case, and a 3 1/2 year lawsuit ensued.

Mark opened the doors to Gaver Technologies, Inc. in 1999, and soon after it seemed as if you couldn't open an issue of the local newspaper without reading about him or his company. Simultaneously, a big lifestyle change was happening at home.
