    It’s funny how life sends us on paths we don’t intend. But where it takes us is always so amazing!

    While my divorce and mom’s passing shook me to my core, it also pivoted me in directions I never thought I’d travel. It became a time of deeper self-discovery and developing my intuition.

    Recently, I’ve also discovered my life’s purpose goes beyond divorce recovery. And today, I’ll share my thought process and how you too can apply this in thriving through your life transitions. Believe me – this wasn’t easy. But it definitely is doable.

  • Choosing Courage Over Discomfort

    When challenges arise, it’s so easy to default into doing what’s comfortable. But this autopilot setting keeps you stuck in the monotony of life.

    What I know to be true is that this way of thinking isn’t serving you. You need to get off that hamster wheel to live to your full potential. But what it takes is having the courage to make uncomfortable decisions.

    It’s indeed scary diving into the unknown. But you get to make that choice.

     ✔️ Surrender and trust in the universe. My children were worried about losing their important stuff for school. I assured them and released my worries to my spirit guides. And amazingly, my hopes were answered!

     ✔️ Transitioning through loss is hard. Give yourself time to feel the waves of emotions while making use of the tools to ground yourself in the moment. Anchor yourself in gratitude, and don’t forget to thank the universe for where you are.

     ✔️ Focus on the important things in life. After that traumatic event, I realized what outfits you bring or getting that perfect vacation picture doesn’t really matter. Being with my family, alive and well, is my priority.

     ✔️ Be the source of light in the chaos. This was mostly my role as the natural disaster unfolded. All it took was for me to pause, breathe, and be that positive energy that fuels my kids and everyone around me to move forward.
