    We met on our yoga teacher training five years ago in India, pretty much to the day.  She's fresh off of her first-ever yoga retreat that she held here in Ibiza. After years of wanting to host a retreat, she eventually puts it out there, only to find that just one person signed up!

    - what stopped Erin from launching her first solo retreat for so long
    - how she almost had to cancel and what happened next

    She was my mentor when I first started out as a teacher. She is the one that encouraged me to start The Digital Yogi Ltd and host my very first workshop at her beautiful studio, Kindred Yoga.

    Katarina Rayburn is not only an internationally renowned yoga teacher, but alongside her husband and business partner Julian, she has grown her business from classes in a church hall in South East London to launching a successful and very beautiful yoga studio in Deptford, hosting multiple sold-out retreats across the world, and creating and growing the Kindred School of Yoga Teacher Training School.

    We speak about the motivation behind what she does, what it's really like running a business with her husband, and also as a Mum of two ... and how she gets SO MUCH DONE!
