#DijonKizzee, 29, was fatally gunned down by Los Angeles County officers on Monday afternoon while riding his bicycle in south LA. His death has sparked a fresh wave of peaceful anti-racism protests in the city.

#DanielPrude, who suffered from acute mental health problems, was handcuffed naked by officers in the early morning hours of Monday, March 23. He was detained during an 11-minute confrontation involving six police officers and two emergency medical technicians.

#ChadwickBoseman, who played Black American icons Jackie Robinson and James Brown with searing intensity before inspiring audiences worldwide as the regal Black Panther in Marvel’s blockbuster movie franchise, died Friday of cancer. He was 43.
