Tine and Taylor are joined by all around amazing human, the creator of The Constant Quest Podcast logo, 100k ultra-marathon finisher, and someone that has been with the show since the beginning, Nikki Barthelemy. Nikki has been present since the recording of the first episode of the show in the mountains of north Georgia, but today these three sit down to talk about her journey. She just recently finished 100k in Arizona shortly after running 45 miles on her 45th birthday as a fund-raiser for BeLoved Asheville in the wake of the devastation of Hurricane Helene. Nikki tried several avenues after college (graphic design, marketing, wellness coordinator) before going back to school and becoming a massage therapist at the age of 30. Her positive attitude and determination to continue pushing boundaries is an inspiration you certainly don't want to miss!
