    2022/09/05

The years since the start of the global pandemic have been so impactful on every level of our lives. As leaders, we have been challenged, stretched, and even broken in places we would almost be ashamed to admit.

But as you know, in order for us to truly lead well, we can’t simply ignore the wounds of our past. These traumas seep into our hearts, and if not handled properly, can begin to change us from the inside. Today I’m going to help you see what its target truly is, how you can reposition your perspective about what’s happened to you, and how you can use it to better lead those in your life.

Please take some time to listen to this message I delivered to a live audience that I titled, “Faith In Terrible Times”.

Fill out an application for either 1-on-1 Coaching, or to join a Mastermind at https://www.csconsultingsolutions.org/work. • 002 - Becoming The Person You Really Are
    2022/08/03

It takes courage to see ourselves as more than who we've always believed we were. If you're in the middle of a transition, and you feel called to something beyond what you're doing now, then you'll want to listen to this episode.

The winepress is a place of transition.

When we have a broken mindset, we build evidence to dissuade us from moving forward into an identity we can’t embrace yet.

God calls you from the perspective of how you were designed, and you call yourself from the perspective of your experience. Which will you choose to believe? Because whichever you choose to believe will set the trajectory of your future.

Feelings don’t always validate reality. You cannot define yourself by how you feel. Feelings will keep you in the winepress. Feelings are built off of your experiences, not your destiny. THE MOMENT you hear a calling to something greater, you’re thrown into internal conflict.

People will often try to define you based upon when they met you. Those who do not understand that life is a journey will resist you when you try to take the next step in yours.

Life really begins when you realize you have a true destiny and a purpose.
