He then created BSB Group International, a leading growth agency that works with Fortune 500 companies and fast-growing startups across the world to help them grow their revenue, profit, and/or customer base.

     

    Besomebody, and now BSB Group International, have been named one of the "Best Entrepreneurial Companies in America" by Entrepreneur Magazine, "Top Companies for Diversity and Inclusion" by Break the Ceiling, and one of the "Best Places to Work" by the Business Courier. Kash has received many awards and accolades, including AdWeek "Marketer of the Year", Google's "Rising Star for Entrepreneurship", and several 40 under 40 recognitions. He's a 3x TEDx speaker and has spoken at over 200 schools and corporations around the world.
