  • Let’s Talk Mens Mental Health with Will Hawkins
    2024/04/06

Will’s personal journey began when studying sport and exercise performance at Portsmouth University and then moved his career into professional coaching as a therapist supporting transformative change; navigated corporate management, taught personal training qualifications, contributed to books, and delivered education.

Following his mother’s battle with early-onset Alzheimers and her passing in 2016, Wills coping mechanism was overcommitting to work as a personal trainer and coach which lead into a Binge eating disorder.

By 2017, Will faced burnout and an addiction to the partying lifestyle after a relationship ended badly. Despite a thriving coaching business, he needed help. Therapy became a pivotal experience, leading me to become a certified therapist and achieve coaching accreditation.
