Each week, host Jordyn Pompey interviews both an intern and someone senior to them at the same company, gaining insight to both experiences and stories from their respective positions.     In the first episode, we sit down with Bianca Franco who worked as a Campaign Management intern at Paramount. We will discuss how she landed the job, her daily tasks, the Writer’s Guild Strike, her perspective of the company, and more. We will then sit down with Kim Arreola, a Social media Manager at Paramount, and discuss her love for storytelling through social, work and team culture, the Writers Guild strike, the hardships that come with social media, and more.
