After being released from Federal Prison in 2015, Saichelle McNeill found herself being course-corrected and opened her own Business the following year. It has since grown into a well-oiled machine and the Company plans to triple its number of employees by the end of the Summer. During the episode, the group discusses the qualities it takes to own a Business, making it through 'Survival Mode', and how the Laundry Service has changed throughout the years.
With over 12 years of Manufacturing Operations experience, Saichelle McNeill has been employed by Energizer, Miller Brewing Company, Unilever HPC, NA, and Kraft Foods. She is Six Sigma green belt certified and is experienced in Lean and Kaizen principles. Additionally, she's a proud HBCU graduate earning the following degrees: BS in Biology/Chemistry and an MBA with a concentration in Marketing.
