  • Love Shouldn’t Be Blind — It Should See Every Angle
    2025/07/11

In this episode, I’m challenging one of the oldest love clichés: the idea that love should be blind.

    I don’t believe that.

In fact, I believe the opposite.

Love — real, honest, soul-deep love — should see everything. It should see the shadows, the patterns, the imperfections, the neurodivergence, the grief, the healing, the awkward, the divine. Love should witness us in our wholeness… not just the curated, easy-to-hold parts.

I share my thoughts on why being fully seen is one of the greatest acts of love — in partnership, in friendship, in community, and in how we love ourselves.

This episode is both a reflection and a reclamation.

Because I don’t want love that turns away. I want love that stays.

That looks directly at what’s hard to hold, and says:

“I see you. I’m still here.”

If you’ve ever felt unseen, misunderstood, or mistaken for too much — this one’s for you. 💛

  • Hii, let's chat Maine Book & Print Fest 2025
    2025/07/04

This week, I talk about an upcoming event I’m so excited to be part of — The Maine Book & Print Fest this September — and how I’ll be using it as a space to gather and honor stories from the community in a really tender way. I’ll have a special interactive booth where folks can write love letters to their future selves, share grief and gratitude reflections, or simply show up and be witnessed.

Some of those stories will be shared in future podcast episodes through a new series called “Stories That Shape Us.” I can’t wait to hold space for the voices and truths that find their way to me that weekend.

This episode is about evolution, alignment, and the fire that keeps it all going.

    Come sit with me. 💛

  • Resilience Through Adversity
    2025/05/23

In this episode, I return to a conversation that lives in my bones—resilience through adversity. I speak from the heart about my own grief journey, the heaviness that comes with deep loss, and the unexpected places where hope still blooms.

This isn’t a conversation about "moving on." It’s about what it means to move with—with the weight, with the ache, with the love that remains. I share what I’ve learned about the quiet power of getting back up, the courage it takes to feel deeply, and the sacred strength we hold when life asks more of us than we ever thought we could give.

Whether you're in the thick of something hard or standing on the other side of it, I hope this episode reminds you: you are not alone, and you are more resilient than you know. ✨

  • This One Hit Different 🌙
    2025/05/09
In this episode, I reflect on one of my favorite poems by Mike Posner—‘don’t ask the sun to shine more like the moon’. It’s a piece that’s stayed with me, quietly reminding me what it means to accept myself exactly as I am. I talk about how these words have helped shift my perspective on self-love, identity, and honoring my own light—without trying to dim it or change its shape for anyone else.

  • Finding The Balance ✨
    2025/04/25

This episode is a reflection on something I’ve been working through myself—how to stay informed about the world without letting it completely take over my thoughts or my energy. It’s a weird tension to hold, wanting to care deeply while also needing to protect your peace.

I talk a bit about what’s helped me set boundaries with the news and social media, and how I’m learning to listen to my body when it says, “that’s enough for today.” If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed but still want to stay engaged in a meaningful way, I hope this conversation feels grounding and honest.
