    Do you struggle to make yourself renew your mind or set boundaries? Have you had a difficult trauma in your life that has caused you to gain weight? Do you ever feel like you need to be perfect (and perfectly skinny) to be loved?

    These are all things my guest Denise has struggled with. Thankfully, she learned how to make herself renew her mind. God used the renewing of the mind to help Denise see herself through His eyes, set boundaries, follow boundaries, and lose weight.
