Don’t throw away the parts of you that are important. As a neurodivergent, ADHDish individual, I dedicate this first episode to the Generation X kids—the Michael Jackson-era kids. Back when ADHD and being neurodivergent wasn’t cool, wasn’t discussed, and definitely wasn’t seen. You were on your own. This episode is for those of us who had to navigate life when no one else could see us, standing on our truth even when there weren’t names for it.
