This week we cover it all. From the diamond, to the ice, and yes, even the awkward side of relationships. We get real about the unspoken rules of comfort, comedy, and chemistry in relationships. Vladimir Guerrero Jr. is heating up, so what does his performance mean for the Blue Jays' playoff hopes, and can he finally break out into full superstar mode this season after reaching his $500 million dollar deal with the club. Alex Ovechkin continues to chase records and defy father time. We dive into his record breaking feat and discuss whether he is the best Russian hockey player to play in the NHL. SB breaks down his book of the week and the crew discuss how to parent in todays climate. Toronto rapper NAV is Bun's feature artist of the week and he reviews his latest project OMW2 Rexdale. Before they go, they get into some more relationship talk with this week's Spicy Confession on whether they've ever gone through their partners phone and they end things off with a new "scamma of the week".

In this week's episode the crew come in hot taking jabs at Klu Klux Kanye and his recent interview with DJ Akademics. Next up they share some perspective on the recent announcement of Carmelo Anthony being inducted to the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame and this leads to a short debate of who is the best New Yorker to play for the New York Knicks. Sticking with sports, they then breakdown a bit of Dana White and the UFC's recent partnership with Meta. After the break Bun highlights his artist of the week Bino Rideaux, a rap artist from California who has ties to the late Nipsey Hussle. The conversation then takes a somber turn as the crew acknowledges the recent passing of Toronto rapper Bishop Brigante who played a huge role in bringing Toronto rap and battle culture to the forefront for the city. Back in action this week with some perspective are Bun, Face, and SB. Before getting into some topics the three spend some time catching up on their weeks that were. Things get a bit sensitive with SB talking about the anniversary of a family member who passed and how he's coping. Bun finds way to keep things interesting though, asking the guys when's they last time they had daytime sex. After the break Bun gives his artist of the week take highlighting a young New York rapper Lord Sko. They also talk about the upcoming federal election and some early movement in the polls, before ending off with their early feelings on the Toronto Blue Jays. Theres a few good laughs in the last pack as they discuss whether they've ever had sex at work and/or with a co-worker.

A Toronto OG in the social media space @SeniorGumBoy joins us this week to share some perspective. Positive energy quickly filled the room so they kind of got right into things with @SeniorGumBoy sharing a bit of his background and upbringing living in the east end of Toronto after migrating from Jamaica. For all the book club followers, SB didn't forget to mention a good read this week, 'The Marathon Don't Stop' by Rob Kenner talks about the life of late rapper Nipsey Hussle and in typical SB fashion he was able to relate it a bit here. After the break they get into some fun stuff with some rapid fire questions before @SeniorGumBoy introduces a game of his own, created and produced by him and is now available for sale at www.sgbnetwork.com. They end off with a few more questions specific to his social media growth and how to succeed in building your brand. Enjoy!

Back with another episode are Bun, Face, and SB to share some perspective. Following some new music courtesy of Triston Fivestar, Bun shares on how difficult the month of January has been thus far and why. SB follows up with an update on his bookclub and breaks down a bit of the current read 'The Let Them Theory' by Mel Robbins all before they share a bit about their weeks. Out of the first break they get into Dave Chappelle (pause) and his recent appearance on SNL and debate where he ranks amongst the comedy greats. Politics was up next on the agenda and they touch on the current state of the federal government and the Canadian Liberal party looking for a new leader. They debate who may be better fit for the seat with a few names like Chrystia Freeland and Mark Carney leading the way. Not to be left out, they also get into a bit of US politics as Donald Trump was inaugurated again as the president of the United States. Last pack, they debate their positions with hometown rapper Drake taking on Universal Music Group and the new dancehall beef between Vybz Kartel and Beenie Man.

Back with some more perspective in episode 81 are Bun, Face, and SB. In typical SUP fashion they start out with a catch up of their weeks. SB jumps right into an update with a book he's going through and how it ties in with a recent experience at a Starbucks location. After the first break they get into one of the leading headlines in hip hop, Jim Jones and Camron going at each other and their lingering beef. With Jim's hood ties in question, Bun uses this as an opportunity to support his argument with hometown rapper #Drake and his origins. The conversations shifts gears after that as they bring some politics to the table and talk Doug Ford sticking up for Canada against president Trump and showing support with his new hat. Last segment, Bun challenges SB and Face to come up with their best response to a text message he once received from a girl. It gets interesting. Enjoy!

Back after a few weeks away Bun, SB, and Face get together and catch up on the last few weeks away. Off top Bun shows some home team love going through a few songs from Rexdale rap artist Thelonious as he introduces some of his music to the crew. From behind the scenes Knots starts out detailing his getaway to the Motherland visiting both Ghana and Tanzania during their break. A little less interesting comes Bun following the first segment, sharing a bit about his trip to Las Vegas. Third pack is where they get into some real topics debating which Canadian rapper had the better rap release, Drake with the Fighting Irish Freestyle or DDG featuring Tory Lanez - Handling Business. Jumping into some politics next they share some perspective on Canada's Prime Minister Justin Trudeau stepping down as the leader of the Liberal party, and how much of a chance we'll see Pierre Poilievre become the next PM. Last pack they spend some time detailing how they rang in the new year, and Vybz Kartel's Freedom Street concert, his first performance since being released from jail.
