Ep05 - Steven Bray, Managing Director of Alternative Energy Ireland joins the SME Business Show to discuss the significance of solar energy in various business sectors, the variety of grants available, and how financing can be done through cash reserves, loans, or power purchase agreements.

Steven explains that the entrance level for using solar energy is relatively low and is suitable for any sector that consumes electricity during daylight hours, including hospitality, manufacturing, retail, and agriculture.

Furthermore, Steven points out that they help companies find solutions to their energy problems by empowering them to generate their own electricity on-site, behind the meter and by improving the efficiency of existing plant and lighting on site.
