  • サマリー

  • Mom, are you living in sensory overload? If you’re touched out and talked out, then you’re not alone! In this podcast, Whitney shares helpful insights and heartfelt stories so that homeschool moms can transform overwhelm & reactivity into connection with those who matter most.

It all starts with connecting with yourself first, using ALL of your senses.

Listen for insights, stories, and interviews designed to help you:
-Understand what overwhelm is trying to tell you

-Create routines and homes with MOM in mind

-Communicate your needs once you understand them

-Develop a plan for those overloaded sensory moments

-Adopt habits to handle the chaos

-Juggle so many nervous systems under ONE ROOF!

… and more! Listen along to make that mama guilt cycle of reactivity a thing of the past.

Whitney brings her extensive training and experience as a sensory-based occupational therapist to the day to day reality of homeschooling as a highly sensitive mom of 4 kids.

She thought she left behind her own sensitivities in childhood, but motherhood and homeschooling brought them to the forefront.

Applying self-regulation and nervous system tools and understanding has dramatically impacted how she shows up in the overstimulating reality of motherhood & neurodiversity. Now Whitney coaches moms to take this experience and knowledge to transform their own relationships and home as well.
